The CN Tower, a division of Canada Lands Company, collects personal information through video surveillance under the authority of the Financial Administration Act. It does so for the purpose of promoting safety and security at this site, as set out in Personal Information Bank PSU 907: Physical Access Control. All personal information collected by Canada Lands Company is protected under the Privacy Act, which gives individuals the right to access and correct their personal information, and a right to make a privacy complaint to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
