How far in advance can I book?

All packages can be booked up to 48 hours prior to the reservation day.

What if I need to cancel?

All packages may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the reservation, although a cancellation fee may apply. If you would like to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the full amount will be charged. Cakes are non-refundable.

What should I do if I have a special request?

What should I do if my payment cannot be completed?

If your payment cannot be completed, please verify the details of your payment information, and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us at 416 362 5411.

What if I purchased the wrong offer or would like to amend my offer?

If you would like to amend your order, please contact us at @email or call us at 416 362 5411.  Please keep in mind that we will only be able to make changes up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date. If the booking is related to a birthday, we will not be able to change the choice of cake.

What if I need to add guests to my reservation?

Please contact us at @email or call us at 416 362 5411 and we will send you a link to purchase the additional quantities needed.

What if I am late for my reservation?

Due to the volume of guests at 360 Restaurant, we will hold your reservation for 15 minutes past the original reservation time. After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the reservation. If you are running late, please call us at 416 362 5411.

Please note, we will only be able to sit a large party once all guests have arrived.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

You can specify your dietary restrictions at the bottom of the payment page, in the “dietary restriction” box.

Window seat subject to availability

Due to the volume of guests at 360 Restaurant, the reservation of a window table is subject to availability. Our team will do our very best to accommodate your request. If a window table is not available upon your arrival, you will have the choice to wait in our lounge area for the next available window table. Please remember, meteorological conditions are out of our control. Should the view be obstructed by clouds, rain or other weather conditions, we will not be able to refund your booking, but we will be happy to postpone your existing booking to a later date.
