Vanilla Sky cocktail on the table
Ingredients
  • Screech Dark Rum
  • Benedictine
  • Lemon
  • Vanilla Syrup
  • Kinsip Cassis
Instructions

Step 1
Fill a coupe with ice

Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with cubed ice

Step 3
Measure 1.5oz Screech Dark Rum, 1oz Benedictine, .5oz Vanilla Syrup, .5oz Kinsip Cassi

Step 4
Top up with the shaker with more cubed ice 

Step 5
Stir till chilled

Step 6
Empty the ice from the coupe 

Step 7
Pour the contents of the shaker into the glass 

Step 8
Garnish with Rosemary & Cinnamon stick
