- Management reserves the right to revoke tickets at any time without refund if misused, abused, or if the holder fails to abide by the policies, rules and regulations of CN Tower. Ticket holders may be removed at any time by refund of the purchase price.
- The holder of tickets agrees to the posted regulations and conditions of use of CN Tower.
- Tickets must be presented at the admission gates upon visit without exception, or full admission and attraction fees will apply.
- Elevation advisory! CN Tower advises caution if you suffer from a heart condition, high blood pressure or any balance impairment.
- Photographs and/or videos taken of, on or in the CN Tower by guests may not be used for any commercial purpose. Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (the “CN Tower“) reserves the right to take photographs and/or videos of guests, or to allow a third party contracting with the CN Tower to take photographs and/or videos of guests, while the guests are on CN Tower premises. These photographs and videos may be used by the CN Tower or any third party for marketing, commercial or promotional purposes, without compensation or notice to CN Tower guests. Such photographs and videos shall remain the intellectual property of the CN Tower, and CN Tower guests waive any moral rights thereto. Conditions of use for tickets
Payment options for tickets purchased onsite include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, AliPay, WeChat, Interac and pre-paid gift cards. Payment options for tickets purchased online include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes not included in published prices. Prices are subject to change without notice. Children aged two (2) years and younger receive complimentary admission to the CN Tower.
Protect your ticket. The unique barcode allows only ONE ENTRY. Following the scanning process, the barcode is instantly cancelled, prohibiting re-use. When presenting tickets onsite, you may do so either on your smart device or in printed form.
A timed ticket is valid for ONE ENTRY to the Main Observation Level only, on the date/time specified on the ticket.
Maximum of eight (8) tickets per online transaction.
The Top is only available for timed elevation. Timed General Admission Ticket purchasers may purchase tickets for The Top in advance alongside their Timed General Admission Ticket, or may elect to purchase tickets for The Top onsite on the Main Observation Level, pending availability.
To use Toronto CityPASS®: First, purchase CityPASS® online. Next, to reserve a time slot, use the My CityPASS® app or visit the mobile website in advance of your visit, and enter your CityPASS® ticket info to choose your CN Tower date/time of visit. Learn more about Toronto CityPASS®.
Unauthorized duplication or sale will prevent admission to CN Tower. Do not buy from any source other than CN Tower; otherwise, you will not be able to verify that this is an original valid ticket. Package tickets may be purchased through an approved partner (approved partners include Ripley's Aquarium and Toronto CityPASS®). CN Tower is not responsible for any inconvenience due to unauthorized duplication and reserves the right to deny admission. Admission is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and CN Tower conditions of use, which can be obtained from the CN Tower or at cntower.ca. Failure to comply with the rules may result in non-admission or expulsion.
All ticket sales are final; tickets are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be reprinted onsite. All ticket sales are subject to any public health measures taken by CN Tower to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, which measures may change over time.
Additional EdgeWalk terms and conditions

- Walkers must:
- Weigh more than 75 lbs/34 kg and less than 310 lbs/140 kg;
- Be 13 years of age or older. Ages 13 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian to provide written consent. (Parent/legal guardian does not need to accompany EdgeWalker on the "Walk.");
- Be in good physical health, have full body control and hand-eye-foot coordination and be able to walk independently (without walking aids or medical devices);
- Guests with mobility challenges may be eligible to participate in EdgeWalk using a specially designed one-piece wheelchair. Please call 416-601-3833 to discuss your specific needs and arrangements.
- You may not participate in the EdgeWalk if you:
- Are pregnant;
- Have broken bones;
- Have undergone surgery in the last 6 months or are experiencing ongoing symptoms;
- Have experienced a seizure in the past 6 months and do not hold a driver's license for this reason;
- Have chest pain or shortness of breath;
- Are under the influence of any drug (legal or illegal) or alcohol;
- Missing or partly missing limbs (prosthetics are not permitted).
- The following conditions may impact the ability to Walk safely:
- All heart conditions (including high blood pressure);
- All respiratory conditions;
- Vertigo, dizziness or loss of balance;
- Visual impairment (except those wearing prescription glasses or contact lenses).
- Prior to participating in EdgeWalk, Walkers will be subject to:
- Screenings for narcotics, explosives and alcohol consumption;
- Metal detection and physical pat down to remove all fall hazards;
- The only allowable personal article (other than clothing) on the EdgeWalk is eyeglasses.
- CN Tower reserves the right to request ID of the purchaser for tickets sold.

- EdgeWalk tickets are for a specific time and date, and are a non-refundable purchase. Changes to the date and/or time of a reservation are permitted up to 72 hours before the Walk, subject to availability, for a full credit against a future EdgeWalk for up to 12 months. All ticket sales are subject to any public health measures taken by CN Tower to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, which measures may change over time.

Gift card terms and conditions
- General
These terms and conditions apply to CN Tower gift cards purchased at the CN Tower or on cntower.ca (“CN Tower Gift Card”). By purchasing a CN Tower Gift Card, you accept these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). CN Tower reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent Terms and Conditions will always be posted at cntower.ca.
CN Tower Gift Cards may be used at the CN Tower. You can use the CN Tower Gift Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of most goods and services available at the CN Tower, except for third parties and for EdgeWalk. If your purchase is not completely covered by CN Tower Gift Cards, you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. You can always check your current balance online at Givex or at the CN Tower. - Payment
If you order your CN Tower Gift Cards online, your order and payment will be processed and dispatched by CN Tower employees. Your credit card statement will show “CN Tower Online Tickets.”
CN Tower only accepts credit cards as payment for CN Tower Gift Cards. You need to be 18 years old to pay with a credit card. - Delivery
You will receive the CN Tower Gift Card within 8 to 12 days from date of order, subject to any postal delays. CN Tower will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery.
For Standard mail selection ($0.00), delivery times cannot be guaranteed during the holiday season.
You are obligated to provide a correct address for delivery of the CN Tower Gift Card. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, CN Tower reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the CN Tower Gift Card. - Validity
Each purchase of CN Tower Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of (CAD) $200. The minimum value for CN Tower Gift Cards is (CAD) $50. You can increase the balance of your physical CN Tower Gift Card by purchase of additional credit at the CN Tower guest services desk.
CN Tower Gift Cards are valid for onsite use only with physical gift card present.
CN Tower Gift Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card is zero for three months, the CN Tower Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again. - Return
If you paid for your order with two different payment methods, you'll receive a refund on your second payment method first. For example, if you paid for your order using a gift card and credit card, we will first refund you on the credit card. If the value of articles you returned exceeds the amount paid with the credit card, the rest will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
CN Tower Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. - Limited liability
Canada Lands Company CLC Limited cannot be held liable for activated CN Tower Gift Cards, which subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. Treat your CN Tower Gift Cards as cash. - Privacy policy
