We welcome and encourage your posts, comments and messages—we look forward to hearing from you! Sometimes, we may comment, repost, like, retweet or otherwise share content that you post. This does not mean an endorsement. We’re also not liable for information found on shared and/or reposted content and links.
We may hide or remove any content based on the following criteria:
Content that contains insults, discrimination, profanity, offensive language, harassment, defamation, or pornographic or violent material. Furthermore, we will not tolerate personal attacks toward other users, the CN Tower, our affiliates or our employees, officers, directors, agents or other representatives.
We will not tolerate messages that have no direct link to subjects discussed on the page, or commercial solicitation and other types of publicity. Repeat offenders may be blocked from the page.
Our social media accounts are an extension of the CN Tower’s online presence. Social media platforms are not hosted on CN Tower’s servers. Users should refer to the terms of use and privacy policies of the third-party service providers.
Any content posted to a CN Tower social media site is publicly available. Please consider how much personal, private and proprietary information you wish to share. Do not post personal, private, privileged, confidential or propriety information about another person or company.
We’ll do our best to address your posts, comments and messages as quickly as we can. However, please note that our community management hours are: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
